im.zzq.org is still alive and kickin. We're still true to our word and we've only added features. Hooray.

You can now use zZqIM to connecto to IRC, ICQ, and Yahoo as well as ol' AIM and MSN. Why the upgrade? Well now when you register for these services, you won't be bombarded with a "Would you like to add this buddy?" message for all of your buddies. This should be a nice fix for a lot of you since we all know how popular you are.

 

I upgraded the server to Wildfire 3.1 today. Hopefully this will add some stability to the server.

I've written a small script to return an image representing your current status as an image. Click on the Web Indicator link on the left side of the page for instructions on how to use it. Now you can throw even more crap on your lame MySpace pages. You people sicken me.

 

Jabberd2 had a nice run for a year or so, but it was hard to administrate. I've upgraded to Jive's Wildfire server. It provides some nice features, and possible integration for the zZq Voip network when it's complete. All rosters were lost in the migration process.
